A ‘Thought’ can be sent daily, weekly or monthly and with it comes a simple question or two pertaining to the subject matter. These non-invasive questions will provide valuable feedback to HR and Well-being on the health of the company.
In turn, the company can respond to specific needs raised within the ‘Here’s a Thought’ campaign by providing relevant and additional information, programs, initiatives or talks.
