Sometimes I don’t know where time goes. Things in the calendar seem a million miles away, then before you know it they’re upon you – then it’s over. Is it that as you get older life accelerates? I seem to remember as a kid or a teenager life seemed slow and languid. Personally I blame my children, they create a sought of a ground hog day scenario, incremental growing then you go – ‘since when did you fit into my shoes?’.
Anyway been getting to know planes in airports, seeing places I never knew existed and been dunked in corporate cultures I knew nothing about. It’s been awesome.
Spoke at a conference on Monday front of 800+ which gave me slightly sweaty palms but it all went well.
I’m really chuffed to be involved with the Happiness and It’s Causes roadshow kicking off in Brisbane on the 4th – 5th of Nov then in Perth from the 7th till the 8th of Nov. If you happen to be in one of these cities and you’ve never been to one of these conferences, I highly recommend it, thoroughly inspiring and life affirming.
